Ensuring the safety of the shipment
The Zadna store team takes great care in packaging the products ordered by customers, but in the event that the product arrives to you in a damaged, incomplete, or different condition from your order, the store bears full responsibility for that. We will deliver it to you for free, or return the value of the product, or credit it to your account in the store, when you contact us within a maximum of 3 days from receiving the order.
Product quality guarantee
Zadna Store confirms that all products sold are genuine and in excellent condition. If you have any concerns about product quality, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to refund the product price or credit your store account.
If there are offers for free shipping, they do not include frozen shipping.
Cancel order
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, we can modify or cancel the order as long as it is in our warehouses and before it is shipped . After the order is shipped, you cannot modify or cancel your order.
Product return or exchange
If there is no error or defect in the product and it has not been opened, but you no longer want it for some reason, we are happy to serve you by replacing and returning the product when you contact us within a maximum of 3 days from receiving your order. However, the store will not bear the shipping and return costs. Food and baked goods in general are excluded from this, and we apologize for not being able to return or replace them.
