Return Policy

Ensure shipment safety

Zadna Store team takes great care in packaging the products ordered by customers. However, if the product arrives to you damaged, missing, or different from your order, the store bears full responsibility for that. We will deliver it to you free of charge, return the product value, or credit it to your account in the store, if you contact us within a maximum period of 3 days from receiving the order.

Product quality assurance

Zadna Store assures that all products sold are original and in excellent condition. If you have any questions about the quality of the product, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to refund the product value or credit it to your store account.

If there are offers for free shipping, it does not include frozen shipping.

Cancel order

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, we can modify or cancel it as long as it is in our warehouse and before it is shipped . After the order is shipped, you cannot modify or cancel it.

Return or exchange the product

If there is no error or defect in the product and it has not been opened but you no longer want it for some reason, we will be happy to serve you by replacing or returning the product when you contact us within a maximum period of 3 days from receiving the order. However, the store will not bear the shipping and return costs. Foods are excluded from this in general, and we apologize for not returning or exchanging them.

The product to be exchanged or returned must meet the following conditions:

  • It should not be included in frozen or refrigerated baked goods.
  • It must be unused, in its original condition, and in a condition that allows it to be resold. Used products or products with damaged packaging will not be accepted as returned goods.
